Client Focused Placement Services
Following a thorough and complete evaluation, we discuss your social, emotional, medical and financial needs and identify the ideal community based upon this personalized approach. We will discuss possible placements, schedule tours, visit the communities together, and assist you with all aspects of the move through moving day and beyond.
Case Management Services
In addition to placement services we offer fully integrated case management, which involves assessment, planning, care coordination, evaluation and advocacy for our clients. Whether you need an in town contact person for your loved one or you are looking for a licensed professional to assist you with navigating complex medical decisions, we are able to assist through hourly consultations or our complete case management program that includes monthly care planning and evaluations.
Jessica Strick, RN, BSN founded Compass Care Services LLC to create a resource for families and clients of all walks of life. She has watched first hand how overwhelming it is to navigate the many options for senior care, and knew she could bridge that gap with compassion and knowledge.
Jessica has been working in the healthcare industry for 11 years, and became licensed as a registered nurse in 2013. Throughout her nursing career, she developed a love for the senior population while working as a hospice nurse and later as an inpatient case manager for a geriatric specific unit. Over the course of her career, she has worked tirelessly to help families navigate transitions of all types from a shift in living arrangements to preparing for hospice.
In her free time, Jessica loves spending time with her husband, two children and her dog. She enjoys exploring San Diego and spending as much time outdoors as possible.
